HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
Please give us 48 hours to process your order (excluding Weekends and Holidays) once your order is process through our system. We will begin the process of shipping your order. Please give USPS 5 - 7 business days to receive your order.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Please contact USPS if you have not received your order in a timely fashion. Once we drop off your order at USPS please note that we do not have any control over your order anymore once it’s out of our possession.

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY ORDER?
We recommend to put your items in a dry cleaning service for great out look.

If you have to put your items in a washer please remember to turn them inside out and wash on cold water.

Best way to dry your garments is air dry, try to stay away from putting your items in a dryer.

Do not iron over printed areas this may cause damage to your garments.
